What: Sweet/sharp rhubarb is one of our absolute favourite ingredients and makes for some marvellous flavour combinations. Our Rhubarbarella takes the classic pairing of rhubarb and vanilla and bolsters it with a cinnamon heavy chai tea to give a patisserie-esque profile not far removed from a rhubarb crumble – delish!!!
